GENERAL TERM & CONDITIONS

Tour fare             : All tour fares quoted in this tariff are net in and are subject to change with or without prior notice.

Reservation         : Reservation should preferable be made as early as possible with detailed of arrival & departure dates, itinerary, flight schedule, hotel with alternatives choices, group size etc. (For peak seasons period at least 2 month prior notice is recommended.)

Confirmation        : Confirmation should be made by facsimile or E-mail. No  charge for such services will be rendered.

Cancellation          : Cancellation charges will not be paid by T.C.L. Inter Tour.

However cancellation charges may be charge to you, if hotels, restaurants, carriers, or contractors, etc. with whom commitment have been made, request for cancellation charges.

Vouchers              : Please issue one voucher for services required to "T.C.L. Inter Tour Co, Ltd." Copy of itinerary should also be forwarded with the voucher, and only those indicated service will be provided. Copies of both voucher and itinerary must be received by us prior to your clients' arrival.

Taxes                    : International/Domestic airport tax is not included in our  rates.

Payment               : Payment should be made at least 2 weeks prior to client's arrival at the first destination point, except during peak season, earlier deposit might be requested by hotel. Failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservation and arrangement without notice, unless special credit arrangement or agreements have been made.

Liability                : T.C.L. Inter Tour Co., Ltd. And its agent act only as agent of the passenger(s) in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, sightseeing, tours and transport whether by aircraft, rail, motor coach, ship, boat or any other means of transportation shall not be liable for injury, delay, lost of damage arising from any caused and in any manner, while exercising reasonable care in making such arrangement. Furthermore, T.C.L. Inter Tour Co., Ltd. Accept no responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restrain, weather or any other caused beyond their personal control.  The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or to substitute services without notice and decline to accept or retain any tour members at anytime. No refund shall be entertained for any act, commission of event during the time passenger(s) forming the group change his mind by not going on tour.

Validity                :  This Tariff is valid until year 2008
